This page describes the QDP website waitlist. It is separate from the desktop application’s account, licensing and usage-data flows.

What you give us

When you submit the form, we save your email address, the signup time and the version of the consent text you accepted. The checkbox permits QDP to contact you about access and release news. Joining does not create a QDP account or grant a licence.

Where it goes

Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for the QDP website. This form does not upload workspace data, add tracking cookies or send your email to an external mailing service. Cloudflare processes network requests to host and protect the site.

Protecting the form

The server uses your connection’s IP address to derive a keyed, hourly identifier for request limiting. The waitlist database does not store your raw IP address. Expired rate-limit records are removed when later signup requests are processed. Hosting-level logs may be managed separately by Cloudflare.

Changing your mind

When QDP contacts you, you can reply to ask to leave the waitlist and have your signup deleted. Your email is used for the access and release updates you requested, not sold by this website.

About the desktop application

QDP’s warehouse and analytical processing are local. The desktop application requires an account and active licence and sends anonymised usage counts. Optional cloud services and AI providers have separate data flows, described in the website FAQ.
